we're closed now for winter but will be re-opening on 1 april 2022, still with covid-19 industry-standard certification in place if this is appropriate. This means we'll not only have contactless arrivals for our completely self-contained suite but also deep-cleaning procedures after each guest and a minimum of 48 hours between bookings.

Alternatively, you can book using the form below. Note that unfortunately we cannot at present accept bookings less than 48 hours before the estimated arrival time.

Full payment in cash (on arrival), cheque with valid cheque card number (when confirming the booking) or by bank transfer (when confirming the booking)
If a booking is cancelled three days or less before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made/retained. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after the arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged/no refund is given.

COVID-19 AND CANCELLATIONS
There are no penalites for cancellations owing to covid issues, such as self-isolation, though we'd request that you'd let us know as soon as possible if you cannot arrive. We will immediately return any money you have paid, either by bank transfer or cheque (as you prefer). In the event of The Crandard having to close, we will of course immediately return any money you have paid.
